INGREDIENT

- 1 cup warm water or honey water
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey
- Optional: lemon juice few drops
INSTRUCTION
- Lightly crush the kalonji seeds using a spoon or mortar.
- Add them into a cup of warm water.
- Let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
- Strain if desired.
- Add honey or lemon for taste.
- Drink once daily, preferably in the morning.
