- 1 1/2 C club soda
- 1/2 C fine cornmeal
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 Tsp paprika
- 2 Tsp seasoned salt, to taste
- 1 Tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 Tsp ground black pepper
- oil for frying
